How to cancel orders: When your order is placed, your customized member page is immediately updated and your new order is entered into the system. You will see a table such as this one below that shows your newly placed order and gives you a link (Cancel) to click on and cancel this order. Why would you cancel an order? If you placed an order by mistake, if you put wrong price, or contract month, or other information you would like to change.
