Q: I signed up but have not received a Welcome email A: If you tried to sign up and did not receive a welcome email, there could be two reasons: 1. You mistyped your e-mail address. In that case, Login and correct it in the form provided. 2. Your ISP has mandatory rerouted email messages from unknown sourses to a "spam" folder of your Inbox. On Excite this spam folder is called JunkMail, on Yahoo - BulkMail. Or you might have created a "spam" folder yourself and given it a name to filter unwanted email messages. In any event, please look for your welcome email in these folders as well. AOL Users please note - your email address is CaSe SenSITive. If all fails, send us a message here and we will activate your membership individually. Q: I forgot my username and/or password A: Please Click Here and provide your e-mail that you used upon original sign-up and your username and password will be emailed to you.
